We receive your information only if you then send that email. The information may include your name, email address, organisation, event date and location and the content of your message.

We process this information to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the communication concerns pre-contractual steps or a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Locally hosted web fonts

The typefaces used on this website are delivered locally with the website. No connection to Google Fonts or another font provider is made when the fonts load.

The website links to external services including Zeeg, LinkedIn, inno.c.t. and Ennea AI. This website does not transmit information to those providers unless you follow the relevant link. Once opened, the destination provider’s privacy notice applies.

The published website is transmitted through encrypted HTTPS connections. This protects website content and connection data against unauthorised access while in transit.
