Technical logs are deleted or anonymised once they are no longer required for operation and security, unless statutory obligations require otherwise.

Speaker and event enquiries
The contact form on this website does not itself store or transmit data. When submitted, it opens the email application configured on your device with a prepared message. We receive your information only if you then send that email. The information may include your name, email address, organisation, event date and location and the content of your message.
We process this information to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the communication concerns pre-contractual steps or a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Our email communication is processed through STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. Further information: STRATO Privacy Information ↗
Enquiries that do not result in a contract are normally deleted no later than six months after the communication has ended. If a contract is formed or the records are relevant under commercial or tax law, statutory retention periods apply.
